Had an electrical problem after moving in. Due to the holiday weekend my own management company dragged its feet getting someone out for us. We have a young toddler and a fridge out of commission is certainly more stress on top of stress.

Called Eddie. He walked us through what ended up being a simple problem free of charge. Super patient and courteous on the phone. On top of that unless the issue needed him to physically come over (it did not), he did it free of charge!

Though I hope to not call him in the future, I definitely will be calling if other problems arise!
